The staff was not friendly, and my sandwich was not prepared the way requested.
This dumb delivery guy doesn't reach the high standards of the jimmy johns fast delivery. That is why I am giving them my honest hart opinion that this jimmy johns sucks ass.
Such a shame that I have to place this review. I love their unwinch sandwiches but I have had SOOOOOOO many problems with their delivery. They either don't bring exactly what I order or they bring it randomly very late. Then when I call about it they offer me $1.00 off my next order. I am done ordering from them. It's a shame they can't hire a manager to fix their problems.
They've raised their prices to $8 sandwich. I understand why - in this shopping center there are much better choices and very little parking leading it to be empty in the dining room at lunch, but, the price isn't worth it. I'll go to Subway instead - park easier and save cash
Beach club, no cucumber w/ hot peppers. I get a Beach club without tomatoes. This is the worst JJ ever. The one guy in the store took my order and made the sandwich and still misheard cucumber with tomato.
