During a time that is devastating as going through the loss of a loved one, I was beyond pleasantly surprised at the quality of service Berger Memorial provided. The Director was like a shadow on the day of the funeral, coordinating everything, make sure all aspects were taken care of - even to the point of having an umbrella over my and my Dad's head in the rain. Nobody tried to push or upsell us to different services or features - he just simply provided the information we needed to make decisions. I high highly recommend!
Richard Stein and Emily Mac Donald of Berger Memorial Chapel performed the impossible by staging our mother-in-law, Charlotte Sherman's funeral only 36 hours after her passing. Richard and Emily, the entire Berger Staff and their team made a very difficult situation bearable with their compassion, organization and attention to detail. They are amazing.
