Slow service! Highly recommend using ATMs
This branch is terrible. I worked with Matt S and he didn't help me at all. I am closing my BOA account as soon as possible. BOA held my paycheck for 8 business days (11 full days) and charged me overdraft fees during the time they were holding it. I went into the bank to talk to Matt S. He told me there was no way to get rid of the hold and he couldn't remove the overdraft fee. I called customer service after a very terrible meeting with Matt S and they did what I asked instantly. Matt S is terrible.
Horrible service understaffed
Slow service inside,I had only three people in front of me and I was in line for 30 minutes.
Will find new bank
Worst bank I've ever dealt with. Pushing our company to move it's entire company's business elsewhere.
